The Bay Roberts Cultural Foundation is very grateful to so many individuals, business, organizations, and government funding agencies that offered assistance in maintaining the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the region.

The Bay Roberts Cultural Foundation is a not-for-profit, registered charitable organization. The primary objectives of Foundation is (1) to preserve and sustain the traditions and practices of outport life for present and future generations and (2) to partner with individuals, companies, institutions, societies or associations having objects altogether or in part similar to those of the Foundation. In an attempt to meet those goals, ONE, annual Cultural Events Grant of up to $500.00 has been established.
Performers - singers, musicians, storytellers dancers, crafts people, and actors are needed for many of the Foundation's events, including the summer theatre by the "Madrock Theatre Troupe."
WORKERS and ORGANIZERS
Remember whatever you contribute is useful and valued. With the work of the Foundation, it is very true that "many hands make light work." Workers and organizers are as important as performers. Without people to make phone calls, organize events, set up for events, and clean up afterwards - nothing can happen!!
